This is the foundation which we stand on. If we didn’t know our values, there is no possibility of anything fruiting from the seed, roots, in the ground, to the tender stems, leaves, flowers, to the fruits, back to the seed. Our ground holds us, nourishes us, as we grow.

Growth isn’t just about physicality. Growth comes from the depth of being in touch with one’s own core, which resonates and is in solidarity with, earth and our fellow inhabitants.

Adapting to challenges is a necessary aspect of becoming. Challenges are but realities where our own beingness need to confront. If we have acted in certain ways that could be better, then, the natural next step, is to do better. Always.
